Nice rooms, nice pool, helpful staff. The restaurant was never in use, so we didn't try it.

Traveling as Couple
Nice hotel - nothing fancy but it was clean and the staff was very friendly. The city's free shuttle stops in front of the hotel so shopping and restaurants are all very convenient.

Overall, nice hotel. Extremely dilligent and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms despite this hotels average or dumpy reputation.

Once I found the hotel I was happy with it's location. They offer a free shuttle in to downtown every 15 minutes. So convenient! Would hope to stay there again next time we cruise out of Long Beach.

liked the location. It's near the bay.
The coast long beach hotel has a friendly staff however the room that we stayed, we're not satisfied because our pillows and bed sheets are dirty.

Great hotel, large clean rooms many with nice ocean view. My room had a refrigerator and all rooms have free wireless internet access.

Directions to the hotel are difficult to follow. The room was clean and furnished nicely with great colors. The staff seemed to be too laid back and had little knowledge of surrounding restaurants or attractions. Our waiter in the hotel restaurant was extremely rude and unfriendly could not understand why, since we were the only two patrons there at breakfast. ...read more

Located close to the convention center, though a little tricky to get to. Overall, pretty good hotel though there does seem to be an ant problem in the bathrooms.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Rooms were affordable and very clean. Overall rating was excellent. Definitely a good buy.
